I’m trying to make up my mind about which machine to purchase. Is the Sew Precise more machine than the 8077? My local dealer has a Sew Precise for $399, but I can get the 8077 for $299 online. If the Sew Precise really is more machine, then I think I’ll buy it because I’ll be shopping at my local quilt shop. If not, then I can’t justify the extra $100!

Janome’s site does not show them on their list of retired machines but it wouldn’t surprise me if the list just hasn’t been updated to include recent changes. I’ll see if I can find out for sure.

I’ll bump those two machines on my list and try to complete reviews of them in the next day or two. Gives me a great excuse to go visit my favorite local dealer, too. ;)

I am considering these 2 and not finding too much information. One dealer told me the Janome TB-30 was discontinues in Nov 09, the Jamome DC-2010 was discontinued in Sept 10 and the Magnolia 7330 was discontinued in Mar 10. Do you know anything about this.
